应用流式细胞术对星形细胞瘤复发前后的CyclinA CyclinB1的表达研究(2)
目前研究显示CyclinB1是一种肿瘤抗原,我们在实验中发现CyclinB1的高表达往往伴有细胞凋亡,其机制可能为肿瘤的免疫效应。同时我们认为可以利用Cyclin是一种较为保守的蛋白的特性,研制肿瘤疫苗,为肿瘤的治疗提供一种新的方法。
本研究通过CyclinA和CyclinB1在复发星形细胞瘤中的表达,证实了CyclinA和CyclinB1蛋白与星形细胞瘤的恶性进程和复发密切相关,同时CyclinA和CyclinB1蛋白可作为判断肿瘤复发有意义的预后指标,深入研究不仅有助于揭示星形细胞瘤的发生发展机制,并可为肿瘤的防治提供一个新的视点。
