【摘要】目的经尿道膀胱颈电切术治疗慢性前列腺炎并发膀胱颈梗阻的治疗效果分析。方法采用经尿道膀胱颈电切术治疗慢性前列腺炎并发膀胱颈梗阻从2008年8月至2010年8月22例。22例慢性列腺炎患者采用经尿道电切、汽化切除联合治疗。结果本组22例,术后随访1个月～1年,症状消失16例,症状明显减轻的2例,1例无效。术后并发暂时性尿失禁1例,1个月后自行恢复;并发逆向射精4例,2例3个月后恢复正常,2例6个月后好转。术后1个月复查,最大尿流率上升至(19.30±0.61)mL/s,前列腺按摩液和精液常规检查未见异常。结论对膀胱颈梗阻的男性青壮年患者,经药物治疗无效后可慎重选用经尿道膀胱颈电切术来解除膀胱颈梗阻。经尿道电切、汽化切除联合治疗慢性前列腺炎是一种较好的方法。
