【摘要】 目的分析糖尿病酮症酸中毒的诊治。方法对临床40例糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者,根据临床表现及相关治疗等进行回顾分析。结果糖尿病酮症酸中毒是糖尿病最常见的急性并发症,早期诊断、早期治疗非常重要。结论治疗糖尿病酮症酸中毒在补充胰岛素的同时要注意纠正酸碱及电解质紊乱。
