【摘要】目的 探讨异位妊娠破裂的临床特点与护理早期发现的措施。方法 回顾性分析总结102例异位妊娠破裂患者的症状体征、病史及手术情况。结果异位妊娠破裂患者常有早期休克体征，腹部剧痛，就诊时腹痛持续时间、阴道出血时间均较短，腹腔出血量大。结论 护理人员应密切观察异位妊娠患者的体表症状、有无腹部剧痛等病情变化，注意病史特点，以早期发现及救治破裂型异位妊娠。

    Nursing observation of ruptured ectopic pregnancy

    [Abstract] ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical features of ruptured ectopic pregnancy and nursing early detection measures. MethodsRetrospective analysis of symptoms, signs, history and surgery of 102 cases of ruptured ectopic pregnancy were carried out. ResultsRuptured ectopic pregnancy often showed signs of early shock, severe abdominal pain, duration of treatment time, less time of vaginal bleeding and abdominal pain, more abdominal bleeding volume. ConclusionNurses should closely observe the body surface symptoms in patients with of ectopic pregnancy, with or without severe abdominal pain and other conditions change, pay attention to history characteristics, to find and treat ruptured ectopic pregnancy earlier. ......
