摘要： 目的：探讨消化性溃疡的发病原因及临床药物疗效。方法：对2009年1月～2010年1月收治的消化性溃疡患者46例进行回顾性分析。结果 结合发病原因，治疗中通过抗酸、H2受体阻断等药物的治疗，消除病因、解除症状、促进溃疡愈合、防止并发症和预防复发。

    【Abstract】Objectiveto investigate and discuss the pathogen of peptic ulcer and the drug clinical efficacy.Method conduct a retrospective analysis with 46 patients with peptic ulcer who were treated from January 2009 to January 2010.result combining pathogen, treat by acid resistance and drug therapy such as H2 blockers,in order to eliminate the pathogen, relieve symptoms, promote ulcer healing and prevent the complications and prevent the recurrence.
