【摘要】 目的探讨鼻内镜下重塑鼻腔结构治疗鼻解剖变异及黏膜接触点头痛临床疗效。方法对2006年1月至2009年12月我院收治的82例鼻解剖变异及黏膜接触点头痛患者行CT扫描和鼻内镜检查进行鼻解剖结构评估,经药物治疗2个月后无效者采取鼻内镜下选择性多结构重塑手术治疗,术后观察半年,评估疗效。结果82例患者治愈64例,有效15例,无效3例,总有效率96.34%。结论鼻中隔、中(下)鼻甲、钩突、筛泡等解剖变异是黏膜接触点头痛主要原因,鼻内窥镜下重塑鼻腔结构治疗由其引起的鼻源性头痛,效果满意,值得临床推广。

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore the Clinical curative effect of endoscopic treatment of nose reshaping nasal mucosa of anatomical variations and clinical efficacy of contact point headaches.Methods January 2006 to December 2009,to 82 patients of our hospital received cured of Nasal anatomical variations andMucosal contact point headache sufferers had a CT scan was performed and nasal endoscopy for nasal anatomy structure evaluation, the ineffective after 2 months of therapy to take noseremodeling and more selective endoscopic surgery,postoperative six months to assess efficacy.Results 82 patients were cured 64 cases,effective in 15 cases,invalid3 cases,total effective rate 96.34%.Conclusion The nasal septum,(down) middle turbinate,Hook axon,Sieve bubble and anatomical variations are mainly due to mucosal contact point headaches, nasal endoscopic treatment of nasal cavity structure reshape the nose caused by headache,satisfactory results and is worthy of promotion. ......
