【摘要】目的 提高超声对脐尿管癌的诊治效果。方法对12例患者进行超声检查，并以手术及病理为金标准，使用仪器为 SIEMENS Antares 超声诊断仪，探头频率3.5MHz。患者平卧位，膀胱充盈，于耻骨联合上至脐部做一系列横切、纵切及斜切，重点观察肿瘤的部位、大小、形态、内部回声、膀胱浸润深度及与腹壁、肠管及周围组织的关系。结果12例患者肿块超声诊断结果与手术病理比较，在其肿块部位、大小、形态等方面基本一致。

    Ultrasonic diagnosic analysis & countermeasures to Urachal adenocarcinoma

    【Abstract】Objective: To improve the calming effectiveness of urachal adenocarcinoma.Methods: 12 cases of urachal carcinoma treated from 2005 to 2010 were reviewed and analyzed with operation and pathology as gold standard, using ultrasonic diagnosis SIEMENS Antares equipment with a 3.5MHz frequency probe unit. A series of transection, longitudinal cutting and bevelling were performed from pubic symphysis to omphaloidean on patients in a supine position with a full bladder.We put emphasis on observing tumorous position, size, shape and internal echo, as well as bladder soakage deepness and relationship with abdominal wall, rintestinal canal and adjacent constitutions. Results: Compared with pathology, the position, size and shape of tumor is almost the same as that shown in ultrasonic diagnosis results. ......
