保乳手术治疗乳腺癌效果观察

【摘要】目的探讨保乳术治疗乳腺癌的治疗方法及疗效。方法对492例乳腺癌患者行保乳术(保乳组),对同期治疗的590例乳腺癌患者行乳房切除术(对照组)进行对比。结果保乳组在平均手术时间、术中出血量,手术并发症率上均优于对照组。2组复发率及生存率均无统计学意义。结论对乳腺癌病例行保乳术总体疗效比乳房切除术较优。

The Effect Observation of the Breast Surgery for Breast Cancer
【Abstract】 ObjectiveExplore the breast augmentation treat breast cancer treatment and curative effcet.Methods492 cases of bresat cancer patients were done to protect breast augmentation(Breast group),590 cases of breast cancer patients mastectomy were compared(Compared group).ResultsOn the average,the breast group is better than the compared group at the average operative time,peri-operative bleeding and surgical complication rate.Two groups of recurrence rate and survival were not statistically significant.ConclusionTo do the breast augmentation cases of breast cancer is better than mastectomy at overall efficacy ......
