     【摘要】目的 总结分析腹腔镜在诊断和治疗宫外孕中的应用。方法 本文总结了近8年500例宫外孕患者的腹腔镜治疗。结果 腹腔镜创伤小、手术时间短,术后恢复快,腹部几乎不留瘢痕,明显提高患者手术后的生活质量。结论 腹腔镜手术在诊断和治疗宫外孕上有优越性。

    【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the analysis of laparoscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods This paper summarizes the past 8 years 500 cases of laparoscopic treatment of ectopic pregnancy patients.Results laparoscopic trauma, shorter operative time,rapid postoperative recovery,leaving almost no abdominal scar,significantly improved the quality of life of patients after surgery.Conclusion Laparoscopic suryery in the diggnosis and treatment of ectopic pregnancy has advantages.
