【摘要】 目的探讨最恰当的妊娠肝内胆汁淤积症的围产期护理措施。方法回顾性分析和总结35例妊娠肝内胆汁淤积症患者的病例资料,观察各患者的产后出血、新生儿情况、Apgar评分和血清TBA值等指标。结果经本院采取多项围产期护理措施,35例妊娠肝内胆汁淤积症母婴均未出现死亡。结论只要及时、正确的采取恰当的围产期护理措施,就可大大减少妊娠肝内胆汁淤积症母婴的死亡率。

The perinatal nursing of intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy
【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo evaluate the most appropriate perinatal nursing measures to intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy.Methods35 cases medical records of intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy were retrospective analysis and summary.The postpartum hemorrhage newborns,Apgar score and serum TBA values were observed.ResultsThere was no case death occurred in patients with intrahepatic cholestasis after perinatal nursing and measures taken to hospital.ConclusionIt could significantly reduce the mortality of intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy,as long as taken appropriate perinatal nursing timely and correctly ......
