护理干预在儿童哮喘中的应用研究(1)

【摘要】 目的探讨护理干预对哮喘患儿治疗效果的影响,总结护理经验。方法将80例哮喘患儿随机分成观察组(40例)和对照组(40例),观察组采用护理干预,对照组采用传统的护理方法,比较两者1年内发作次数、急诊次数、住院次数、肺功能和家属满意度等。结果干预后1年内患儿发作次数、急诊次数以及住院次数均明显减少,家属满意度提高,2组比较差异具有统计学意义(均有P<0.05)。结论护理干预可以减少患儿哮喘的发作,改善肺功能,提高家属对护理质量的满意度,值得临床推广应用。
