【摘要】 目的研究丁螺环酮对抑郁症患者治疗的效果。方法将本院抑郁症患者40例用国产丁螺环酮与阿米替林治疗的效果进行对照。结果2组的疗效相近。但丁螺环酮组不良反应轻于阿米替林组。结论丁螺环酮是一种安全有效的抗抑郁剂。

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo study the effect of Butyl screw ring ketone treatment of depression patients.MethodsOur 40 depressionpatients with in domestic butyl screw ring ketone and amitriptyline comparing the effects of the treatment.ResultsThe curative effect of two groups of similar products.But Butyl screw ring ketone group of adverse reactions are lighter than amitriptyline group. ConclusionButyl screw ring methadone is a safe and effective antidepressants.
