【摘要】 目的观察不同联合手术方式治疗白内障合并青光眼的临床效果。方法选择110例青光眼合并白内障的病人,随机分为实验组60例与对照组50例,白内障超声乳化人工晶状体置入联合小梁切除术作为实验组,白内障囊外摘除和人工晶体置入联合青光眼小梁切除术作为对照组,观察2组临床效果。结果2组5～20(9.7±4.8)个月的平均随访时间,控制眼压和恢复视力的作用相似;2组的角膜散光、手术并发症比较,实验组明显少于对照组(P<0.01)。结论青光眼合并白内障宜采用超声乳化摘除+人工晶状体置入+青光眼小梁切除的手术方式,该方法安全有效,值得临床推广应用。
