【摘要】 目的验证不同雾化吸入方案治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法将135例支气管哮喘患者分为A、B、C组,A组作为对照组行常规基础治疗,B组在A组的基础上加用沙丁胺醇气雾剂加丙酸氟替卡松气雾剂治疗,C组在A组的基础上加用沙丁胺醇气雾剂和布地奈德悬液,1个疗程后观察3组患者疗效。结果A组临床控制10例,B组23例,C组25例;A组治疗总有效率为73.3%,B组93.3%,C组91.1%。结论临床上多采用2种或2种以上药物联合雾化吸入治疗支气管哮喘,临床上,可根据患者的具体症状和需要进行药物的选用从而选择不同的雾化治疗方案治疗。
