【摘要】 目的探讨经阴道超声诊断妇科急腹症的临床应用价值。方法应用阴道超声对240例妇科急腹症进行诊断并与临床或手术做对比分析。结果超声诊断准确率高于90%,与文献报道一致。结论阴道超声在妇科急腹症中显示出的巨大优越,目前已成为妇产科疾病的首选检查方法。

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo investigate the value of transvaginal sonography for gynecologic acute abdomen.Methods240 cases of transvaginal sonography application in the diagnosis of gynecologic acute abdomen and do comparative analysis with clinical or surgical.ResultsSonography diagnostic accuracy is higher than 90%,consistent with the reported literature.ConclusionThe application of transvaginal sonography in gynecological acute abdomen is excellent,now is being the preferred method of examination gynecological diseases.
