【摘要】 目的通过对58例重度颅脑损伤气管切开手术后的病人进行护理,提高对护理的认识。方法用回顾性记录法对58例病人的术后护理进行记录分析。结果重度颅脑损伤的病人进行气管切开手术后进行了全面护理的患者的有效率要高于只进行了一些常规护理的患者。结论术后护理对重度颅脑损伤病人在气管切开手术后是非常重要的,对病情的痊愈起着关键的作用。
