【摘要】 目的观察中西医结合治疗复发性口腔溃疡(ROU)的临床疗效。方法将100例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组采用常规西医治疗,口服雷公藤总苷,维生素B2和维生素C片。治疗组在此基础上加用“益气养阴,清热化湿”的中药方剂。结果治疗组的总有效率为96%,明显高于对照组84%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组复发情况比较,治疗组的3、6、9、12个月的复发率均明显低于对照组。结论中西医结合治疗复发性口腔溃疡疗效可靠,能明显减少患者复发的次数和程度,且无明显不良反应,值得临床推广。
