儿科开展优质护理服务对护理质量的影响

【摘要】 目的总结开展优质护理服务后护理质量的提高。方法将开展优质护理服务前后满意度、护理效果进行比较。结果实施优质护理服务前(2009年1月至2009年8月)的总满意度与实施优质护理服务后(2010年1月至2010年8月)总满意度比较,开展前后各项细化评分比较,均有统计学意义(P<0.05),开展后各项评分明显高于开展优质护理服务前。结论优质护理服务是提高护理质量,患儿及家属满意度的重要护理理念。

【Abstract】 Objective To carry out high-quality care service to improve quality of care.Methods will be carried out before and after the satisfaction of quality care,nursing effects were compared.Results The implementation of quality care before(January 2009 -2009 in August)total satisfaction and the delivery of quality care service(January 2010-2010in August)compared the total satisfaction,to carry out the detailed scores before and after comparison,were statistically significant(P<0.05),carried out after the scores were significantly higher than that carried out the quality of care before.Conclusion The quality care is to improve the quality of care,satisfaction of patients and their families the importance of nursing philosophy ......
