【摘要】 急诊医学是一门实践性及操作性较强的学科,而实习教学是培养临床医师不能缺少的关键环节。初步探索通过实习教学管理制度化、临床体系框架(点、线、面、系)的构建及积极培养医学生的综合素质等。最终的目的是通过1年的学习,急诊医学生能为其工作后的再学习打下扎实的基础。

【Abstract】 Emergency medicine is a strong practical and operational discipline,and practice teaching is a crucial element to train clinicians.Explored through the systematic practice of teaching management,clinical system framework (point,line,surface,system) and positive construction of the overall quality of training medical students and so on.Ultimate goal is a year of study,emergency medical students can post their work to lay a solid foundation for further study.
