【摘要】 目的探索对糖尿病血透患者的护理干预会对病患的治疗产生哪些影响。方法对2006年1月至2010年1月60例病患实施进行了血液透析针对性的护理。结果护理干预明显影响了患者的血糖指标和心理评价指标。结论护理干预可以明显地调整糖尿病血透患者的心理,对辅助治疗有明显的效果。

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo explore the nursing intervention in hemodialysis patients with diabetes will have what impact the treatment of patients.MethodsJanuary 2006 to 2010 were 60 cases of hemodialysis patients with the implementation of targeted care.ResultsThe intervention.significantly affected the care of patients with blood sugar and psychological evaluation.ConclusionNursing intervention can significantly.adjust the psychological hemodialysis patients with diabetes,to adjuvant therapy had a significant effect.

糖尿病肾病又称“糖尿病肾小球硬化症”,是糖尿病全身性微血管并发症之一,是糖尿病致死的主要原因[1]。血液透析则是糖尿病患者肾病后期的主要治疗方式,是血液净化技术的一种。血液透析通过扩散、对流使体内各种有害以及多余的代谢废物和过多的电解质移出体外,达到净化血液,并纠正水电解质及酸碱平衡的目的[2] ......
