【摘要】 目的对加味小柴胡汤治疗咳嗽变异型哮喘的临床疗效进行观察和分析。方法对笔者接诊的70例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用口服加味小柴胡汤,对照组给予西医常规治疗,2组均进行3个月的治疗。结果经过3个月的治疗,治疗组患者在症状改善,以及复发率方面均有明显差异(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论加味小柴胡汤在治疗咳嗽变异型哮喘方面,有着较好的疗效,而且安全无副作用,值得临床推广。
