对35例子宫切口妊娠临床治疗分析(1)

【摘要】 目的分析剖宫产术后,子宫切口妊娠的临床表现及治疗方法。方法回顾性分析本院2007年4月至2010年5月,收治的子宫下段剖宫产后,子宫切口妊娠共35例患者的临床资料。结果15例患者行子宫动脉栓塞+腹部B超引导下清宫术,10例患者行MTX+腹部B超引导下清宫术,5例患者行阴道B超引导下抽吸减胎术+局部MTX注射术,3例患者直接B超下清宫,1例患者病灶切除+子宫修补,1例患者行全子宫切除。所有病例均好转或痊愈出院。结论随着对切口妊娠的认识及超声技术的飞速发展,切口妊娠可以得到早期诊断。子宫动脉栓塞介入治疗,明显降低了其并发症的发生。
