肺功能分析及支气管舒张试验对早期诊断咳嗽变异型哮喘的临床意义

【摘要】目的 探讨肺功能分析及支气管舒张试验对早期诊断咳嗽变异型哮喘(CVA)的临床意义。方法 对100例CVA病人进行肺功能监测及支气管舒张试验，监测试验前后肺功能的改善程度，所得数据进行统计学分析。结果 将支气管舒张试验前后病人的肺功能测定值进行配对比较t 检验，显示定量资料间的差异有显著性。结论CVA病人的肺功能均有一定程度损伤，并可通过支气管舒张试验检测到肺功能的改善程度，对咳嗽变异型哮喘的早期诊断具有较大的临床意义。
