【摘要】伊马替尼是治疗慢性粒细胞白血病(CML)的一线用药，但近年来发现伊马替尼治疗胃肠道间质瘤(GIST)有明确效果，2002年，伊马替尼被美国食品药品管理局(FDA)批准为GIST治疗药物。

Abstart : Imatinib is the first line durg for treatment chronic myeloid leukemia (CML),but, Imatinib was found that treat gastrointestinal stromal tumors(GIST) was a definite effect in recent years. In 2002, Imatinib was approved for GIST’ S therapeutic durg by U.S.Food and Durg Administration(FDA).
1作用机制
(1)伊马替尼是苯氨嘧啶的衍生物，属于新型蛋白酪氨酸激酶抑制剂。慢性粒细胞性白血病患者95%左右均有第9号染色体和22号染色体，长臂的异位被称为phl染色体，实际上是一段原癌基因。9号染色体的原癌基因abl异位到22号染色体的一段为断裂点，成篌区(bcr)的癌基因上。两种基因重组在一起，产生融合蛋白p-210,定位于细胞膜，与正常的abl蛋白p-150相比 ......
