布地奈德雾化吸入治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘的疗效观察

【摘要】 目的 对采用雾化吸入布地奈德的方法对患有咳嗽变异性哮喘的儿童患者进行治疗的临床效果进行观察。方法 随机抽取在2006年8月至2009年8月这3年时间里,在我院就诊的患有咳嗽变异性哮喘的儿童患者病例94例,将其随机分为2组。分别采用碱舒弗美片和雾化吸入布地奈德的方法进行治疗。对临床治疗效果、不良反应和并发症现象进行比较观察。结果 B组患者的临床治疗效果与A组患者比较,其有效率明显高出很多,有显著的统计学差异(P<0.05);治疗后患者均没有出现比较严重的不良反应和并发症现象,没有显著的统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论 采用雾化吸入布地奈德的方法对患有咳嗽变异性哮喘的儿童患者进行治疗的临床效果十分明显。
