【摘要】 目的 探讨孕期妇女营养导致体重增长的情况所带来的问题和影响。方法 2010年1月至2011年7月期间来我院分娩的产妇中选取198例,根据孕期体重增长情况进行分组,比较孕期体重超增长带来的结果。结果 孕期体重增长不同分组间妊娠期高血压疾病、妊娠期糖尿病、分娩方式、新生儿窒息、产后出血和巨大儿发生率的差别均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 孕期营养过剩导致体重增长过度对孕妇和新生儿都会产生不利的影响,妊娠期和分娩期并发症以及难产率都有所增加。
