肌酸激酶同工酶活性大于肌酸激酶活性原因分析及临床应用

【摘要】 目的 分析肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)活性大于肌酸激酶(CK)活性的原因及临床应用价值。方法 采用日立7180全自动生化分析仪和美国强生250干氏生化仪测定CK和CK-MB活性。结果 6例肿瘤患者CK-MB活性大于CK活性。结论 用免疫抑制法测定CK-MB时,如果CK-MB活性大于CK活性,与检测方法学有关,同时与恶性肿瘤密切相关。

【Abstract】 Objective Analysis creatine kinase isozyme (CK-MB) activeness is bigger than the creatine kinase (CK) the active reason and the clinical practice value。Methods Uses the Hitachi 7180 completely automatic biochemistry analyzer and the United States Johnson's 250 dry chemistry analyzer to determine CK and the CK-MB activeness。Results 6 example tumor patient CK-MB activeness is bigger than the CK activeness。Conclusion When determines CK-MB with the immunosuppression law,if the CK-MB activeness is bigger than the CK activeness,with examination methodology related,simultaneously is closely related with the m alignant tumor ......
