【摘要】 目的 探讨和总结80例慢性支气管炎综合护理体会。方法 对我院2010年1月至2011年5月收入院的80例慢性支气管炎患者给予常规治疗及有针对性的综合性护理,观察护理效果。结果 80例患者以积极、乐观的心态接受治疗,痊愈42例,显效18例,治愈率75%,进步12例,无效8例,总有效率90%。结论 在常规治疗的基础上,对患者采取有针对性的综合护理,可降低慢性支气管炎的并发症的发生率和复发率,提高治愈率及患者的生活质量。

    Nursing Experience for 80 Cases of Chronic Bronchitis

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore and conclusion of the 80 cases of chronic bronchitis comprehensive nursing experience.Methods 80 cases of chronic bronchitis patients from January 2010 to May 2011,given conventional treatment and targeted comprehensive care,observe care effect.Results 80 cases with a positive,optimistic attitude to accept treatment,well,42 patients were markedly improved 18 cases,cure rate 75%,progress in 12 cases,8 had no effect,the total effective rate was 90%.Conclusion To employ conventional treatment and targeted comprehensive care for patients,can reduce the incidence of complications and the recurrence rate of chronic bronchitis,increase the cure rate and the quality of life of the patients. ......
