【摘要】 目的 探讨一次性精密过滤输液器在脑卒中患者使用中减少输液不良反应的效果。方法 将使用甘露醇及中药制剂的脑卒中患者随机分成观察组和对照组,观察组应用一次性精密过滤输液器输液,对照组应用普通输液器进行输液,观察2组患者输液不良反应的发生情况。结果 观察组与对照组之间输液不良反应的发生率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 应用精密过滤输液器能有效减少输液不良反应的发生。
