【摘要】 目的 探讨丹参加茶油湿热敷治疗静脉输液外渗的疗效。方法 选择89例患者实施丹参联合茶油湿热敷处理,并与常规实施硫酸镁外敷的患者进行比较,统计2组床显效时间和完全吸收时间,并分析2组总的临床效果。结果 观察组临床显效时间和完全吸收时间快于对照组(P<0.05),显效例数多于对照组(P<0.05),无效例数少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 中药丹参粉加茶油湿热敷治疗静脉输液外渗安全、无不良反应,患者易于接受,临床效果佳,值得推广。
