【摘要】 目的 探讨人工股骨头置换术在老年股骨颈骨折患者中的应用价值及优越性。方法 将52例老年股骨颈骨折患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组给予人工股骨头置换术治疗,对照组给予空心钉内固定治疗,观察2组患者手术情况、并发症情况及术后恢复情况。结果 观察组患者下床负重时间明显低于对照组(P<0.01);观察组术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者术后1个月髋关节功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 人工股骨头置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折具有下床活动时间早、术后并发症少、术后髋关节功能恢复快等优点,是一种较佳的手术方案。
