【摘要】 目的 探讨玻璃体切除联合玻璃体腔注射抗生素治疗眼内炎的疗效。方法 回顾性分析行玻璃体切除联合玻璃体腔注药治疗(A组,37例)与单纯性玻璃体内注药治疗(B组,35例)眼内炎的临床治疗效果。结果 A组治疗眼内炎的总有效率为86.49%,而并发症的发生率仅13.51%;B组治疗眼内炎其总有效率为65.71%,而并发症发生率高达34.28%。结论 一旦发生眼内炎应立即玻璃体腔注射抗生素,有条件应联合玻璃体切除术,及时的治疗对于挽救患者的视力有很大的帮助。
