【摘要】目的：探讨微创手术治疗脊柱结核的临床疗效.方法：回顾性分析32例脊柱结核的临床资料.术前有明显神经症状的8例,其中Frankel分级C级3例，Frankel分级D级5例.所有患者采用术式均为在CT引导下行经皮病灶清除，病灶置管，抗结核药物灌注冲洗引流.以吴启秋结核临床治愈标准进行疗效评估.结果：随访1-5年，平均3年，结果所有患者均达到临床治愈,有神经功能损害者均完全恢复.结论:脊柱结核微创治疗创伤小,疗效好,对活动期脊柱结核的临床效果好.
