【摘要】 尖锐湿疣(CA)复发率较高,尿道、宫颈、肛管、包皮系带处特殊部位CA复发率更高,且不适用涂药或手术等疗法。本文采用超脉冲CO2激光治疗特殊部位CA68例,阴茎包皮系带CA一次性治愈率73%;阴道宫颈CA一次性治愈率66.7%;尿道CA一次性治愈率63.6%;肛管周围CA一次性治愈率50%;总治愈率100%。

    Pulse CO2 Laser Treatment of Sspecial Parts of 68 Cases of Ccondyloma Acuminatum

    【Abstract】 Condyloma acuminata(CA) higher recurrence rate,urethra,cervical,anal,frenulum of prepuce of special parts of CA higher recurrence rate,and does not apply to medicine or operation therapy.In this paper,using the Ultrapulse CO2 laser treatment of special parts of CA68 cases,frenulum of prepuce of penis CA disposable cure rate 73%;vaginal and cervical CA disposable cure rate 66.7%;urethral CA disposable cure rate is 63.6%;the anal canal around CA disposable cure rate is 50%;the total cure rate 100%.
