沙丁胺醇联合布地奈德治疗小儿喘息性疾病发作疗效观察

【摘要】 目的 探究沙丁胺醇联合布地奈德治疗小儿喘息性疾病发作的临床效果,以找到最适合临床的治疗方案。方法 选自我院自2007年3月至2010年3月期间门诊及住院的喘息急性发作的患儿300例,将患者分为A、B2组,用不同的方法药物进行治疗,A组患儿采用沙丁胺醇联合布地奈德,而B组患者单纯使用沙丁胺醇,采用同一款雾化器,对比2组患儿的疗效。结果 2组方法的治愈率都是较高的,A组是96.0%,B组86.0%,说明采用雾化治疗的方式是比较好的,另外A组临床控制的患者有75例,占50.0%,B组临床控制的患者有45例,占30.0%,可看出A组效果比B组效果好,P<0.05为对比差异有统计学意义。结论 采用沙丁胺醇联合布地奈德治疗小儿喘息急性发作效果明显优于其他方式,是值得临床上进一步推广的。
