【摘要】 目的 探讨急性腹痛患者的临床观察要点与护理效果,指导临床实践。方法 回顾性分析我院2009年6月至2011年3月收治的286例急性腹痛患者的临床观察与护理干预资料。结果 经细致的护理观察及整体化的护理干预,全部患者均治愈出院,无死亡报告,临床治愈率达100%;且患者及家属对护理工作的满意度达100%。结论 急性腹痛患者病情复杂多变,对急性腹痛患者及早作出正确的诊断,密切观察患者病情的变化,并实施合理有效的治疗与护理,是急性腹痛患者康复的关键。
