【摘要】 目的 探讨妊娠肝内胆汁淤积的产生原因及其对母婴造成的危害。方法 将2009年12月至2011年9月收治的共1600例孕妇,其中患妊娠肝内胆汁淤积症状的孕妇有120例,从正常孕妇中选择120例与其进行比较,进行临床研究,探讨该症状的产生原因及对母婴造成的危害。将其分为对照组和试验组2组,对照组为患有妊娠肝内胆汁淤积症状的孕妇,试验组为正常孕妇。结果 患妊娠肝内胆汁淤积症状的孕妇在妊娠过程中早产、胎儿宫内窘迫、羊水粪染、母亲产后出现等症状的出现比例明显高于正常妊娠产妇,对2组孕妇的统计数据具有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论 妊娠肝内胆汁淤积的症状对孕妇及胎儿都有极大的危害性,因此要对该症状进行早期诊断,及时进行治疗,以防止或减少该症状的出现,避免对母婴造成危害。
