腮腺多形性腺瘤150例临床分析

【摘要】 目的 回顾分析我院收治的150例腮腺多形性腺瘤的临床手术资料,探讨该病的治疗措施和方法。方法 采取手术方式治疗150例多形性腺瘤。其中采用传统手术方式80例,改良方式70例。术后跟踪随访0.5～5年,观察患者手术的恢复情况及复发情况。结果 采用传统手术方式的80例患者中出现暂时性面瘫14例,出现涎瘘5例,出现Frey’s综合症18例,发生复发3例。采取改良方法的70例患者中,有暂时性面瘫4例,涎瘘3例,没有Frey’s综合症及复发情况。结论 治疗腮腺多形性腺瘤采用改良方法比传统方法发生并发症少,效果显著,值得推广。

【Abstract】 Objective To retrospect 150 cases of pleomorphic adenoma of the parotid gland clinical operation data,discuss the disease treatment measures and methods.Methods Adopt operation treatment of 150 cases of pleomorphic adenoma.One using the traditional mode of operation in 80 cases,improvement in 70 cases.Postoperative follow-up of half a year to five years,was observed in the patients with operation recovery and relapse.Results Using the traditional mode of operation in 80 cases of temporary paralysis in 14 cases,appearing salivary fistula 5 cases,Frey's syndrome 18 cases,the occurrence of relapse in 3 cases ......
