[摘要] 数字化影像时代给影像学的发展带来方便的同时，对于医学影像医师的要求更高，儿童影像作为影像学的重要分支学科，在儿童医学事业中占有非常重要的作用，目前我国已经广泛开展临床医师的规范化培训，但我国尚未针对儿童影像医师的专业化培训相关机制，为此，该研究初步提出儿童影像医师在数字化时代应该具备的基本条件以及相关培训的策略，以利于培养专业化更高的儿童医学影像人才。
