[摘要] 目的 探讨子宫内膜异位症引起的慢性盆腔痛的临床治疗方法与效果。方法 将该院2010年2月—2013年2月接待的38例子宫内膜异位症引起的慢性盆腔痛患者作为研究对象，按先后均分两组，先选19例作为对照组，对照组单纯采用药物治疗，后选19例作为研究组，研究组采取手术联合药物治疗。结果 总有效率研究组为78.95%(15/19)，对照组则为63.16%(12/19)(P<0.05)。结论 手术与药物结合治疗，效果明显优于单药治疗，值得临床推广及应用。

[Abstract] Objective To discuss the clinical treatment of chronic pelvic pain induced by endometriosis.
