观察对比阴道超声和腹部超声对于诊断早期宫外孕的准确

[摘要] 目的 探讨在早期宫外孕中经阴道超声和经腹部超声进行检查的临床诊断价值。方法 对该院于2010年6月—2012年6月期间来该院接受检查的早期宫外孕患者100例，经过患者同意，将其分成两组，分别为经阴道超声组和经腹部超声组，每组50例患者，分别采用阴道超声和腹部超声进行检查。结果 经阴道超声检查，阳性的确诊率为75%；经腹部超声检查，阳性的确诊率为98%，两者之间的差异有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论 经阴道超声对早期宫外孕进行检查，具有安全、快速、无痛等诸多优点，并且诊断阳性的概率与经腹部超声检查相对较，更加具有优越性。
