优质护理在非脱垂阴式子宫切除术中应用的临床意义(1)

[摘要] 目的 研究优质护理在非脱垂阴式子宫切除术中应用。方法 将68例患者按照随机对照法随机分为对照组(n=34)和实验组(n=34)，对照组采用常规护理方法，实验组开展优质护理服务，比较两组患者术前5 minHR和MAP值、术后SAS、SDS值，及术后4、12、24、48 h疼痛情况。结果 实验组的术前5 minHR、MAP值、术后SAS、SDS值少于对照组，实验组术后疼痛程度较对照组轻，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对非脱垂阴式子宫切除术患者开展优质护理服务，可提高手术的疗效，促进患者早日康复。
