[摘要] 目的 分析使用综合疗法治疗重度百草枯中毒的疗效，探讨提高患者生存率，降低死亡率的方法。方法 将53例百草枯中毒随机分为综合治疗组27例和对照组26例，综合治疗组患者采用泥浆水口服，血液灌流，甲基泼尼龙联合乌司他汀静脉滴注等综合治疗的方法，对照组采用传统疗法。结果 综合治疗组总存活率37.04%，对照组总存活率11.54%，两组结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 综合疗法治疗重度百草枯中毒疗效显著。
