经皮激光椎间盘减压术治疗36例腰椎间盘源性腰痛的疗效观察(2)
该研究表明皮激光椎间盘减压术(PLDD)治疗椎间盘源性腰痛具有操作简单,创伤小、出血少、痛苦小、手术时间短、术后并发症少、恢复快,不损伤椎间盘和破坏脊柱的稳定性等优点,近期疗效满意,有效率达94.4%,但远期疗效有待进一步随访研究。
