[摘要] 目的 评价注射用丹参治疗冠心病稳定性心绞痛(血瘀证)的临床安全性和有效性。方法 采用多中心、随机、单盲、阳性对照方法。结果 治疗组心绞痛疗效总有效率、中医症状总有效率分别为92.2%、94.8%，优于对照组的67.9%、70.5%差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；西雅图量表评分分析治疗组优于对照组；无明显不良反应。结论 注射用丹参是治疗冠心病心绞痛(血瘀型)的安全、有效的制剂。
