[摘要] 目的 研究磺达肝癸钠对急性冠脉综合征患者血液流变学的影响。 方法 将2011年1月—2012年12月期间该院收治的急性冠脉综合征患者纳入研究，随机分为给予常规治疗的对照组和给予常规治疗联合磺达肝癸钠治疗的观察组，采用血液流变学检测仪检测血液流变学指标。结果 观察组红细胞聚集指数(1.4±0.2) vs (1.9±0.3)、毛细血管血浆黏度(1.2±0.1) vs (1.5±0.2)、全血黏度、全血还原黏度均低于对照。 结论 磺达肝癸钠有助于持久降低血粘度、改善血液流变学指标，具有积极的临床价值。
