[摘要] 目的 探讨甲状腺轴系列检测项目在甲状腺疾病诊断中的应用。方法 选取2012年1月—2013年6月于该院治疗的105例甲状腺疾病患者为观察组，选取同期在该院治疗的无甲状腺疾病史患者60例为对照组。采用微粒子化学发光免疫分析技术进行对比分析。 结果 观察组TT4、TT3、 FT4、FT3均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)，TSH观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 在甲状腺疾病诊断中应用甲状腺系列检测项目时， FT3、FT4、TSH为最灵敏的指标，FT3、FT4含量有显著增高，TSH含量有显著降低，对甲亢病患者的确诊，增加了可信性。
