[摘要] 目的 探讨微波联合天葵菌毒清颗粒治疗慢性肥厚性咽炎的临床疗效。方法 选择门诊慢性肥厚性慢性肥厚性咽炎患者80例，采用随机对照分组试验，其中治疗组40例，对照组40例，治疗组采用微波联合天葵菌毒清颗粒治疗，对照组常规微波治疗。结果 治疗组的总有效率为92.5% (37/40)，对照组的总有效率为72.5%(29/40)，两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.24，P<0.05)。两组均未见明显不良反应。结论 微波联合天葵菌毒清颗粒治疗慢性肥厚性咽炎是一种疗效显著的治疗方案。
