[摘要] 目的 通过检测再生障碍性贫血(AA)患者血清中血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)的浓度，探讨VEGF在AA临床诊断中的意义。方法 采用酶联免疫技术分别对26例AA患者及26例健康志愿者血清中VEGF的含量进行测定，考察VEGF与AA的相关性。结果 AA患者血清中VEGF的浓度为(48.6±22.8)pg/mL，健康志愿者血清中VEGF的浓度为(112.8±42.1)pg/mL，AA患者血清中VEGF的浓度明显低于健康志愿者血清中VEGF的浓度，两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；VEGF的浓度与AA的程度呈正相关。结论 检测血清中VEGF的浓度具有快速、准确、方便等特点，对于临床诊断AA具有十分重要的意义。
