[摘要] 目的 观察中药内服外敷配合隔物灸治疗肝癌腹胀的临床疗效。方法 对30例患者均用中药内服外敷配合隔物灸治疗，观察近期疗效。结果 30例患者总有效率达到80%，与西沙必利组(55.6%)相比，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，且适用于多种中医辨证类型的肝癌腹胀患者。结论 中药内服外敷配合隔物灸综合治疗能达到消除、减轻或缓解肝癌腹胀的临床效果。
